What to get out of your very first driving lesson

4- The controls

Next, you’ll get a review of the clutch, accelerator and brake, how to use the handbrake and indicator, and how to change gear.

Do not hesitate to ask if you can go through the controls once again due to the fact that you’ll wish to make certain when you’re unexpectedly doing 20 miles an hour and it seems like 120.

Do not stress too much though – your instructor will talk you through everything as you go.
